Anvia swing arm space age wall lamp by J.J.M. Hoogervorst. The metal beige/white shade can be turned in different directions and the lamp can easily be repositioned with its arm. The lamp requires an E27/26 (standard) lightbulb and currently has an EU-plug (works outside EU with plug-converter).
