A classic space age mushroom wall light by Koch and Lowy OMI. The lamp requires one E27 lightbulb and currently has an EU-plug.

Good. The wall mechanism is looking good, as well as the shade, but it has a deformed spot underneath the socket due to heat damage, see last picture.
